Trout in the Oven
Before I start I wan to add that I like this recipe a much more than the one previous where the fish was baked in the pan.
Ingredients:
- Trout (or any other fish by your choice)
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Parsley (optional)
- Tomato (or you can use salad by your personal choice)
Preparation:
- If your fish was frozen, you need to have the fish completely dry. If it was fresh and you washed it you need to have the fish dry up first, you can use paper towels.
- Put your oven to heat up to 200C (392F)
- Take your fish and make cuts on the both sides of it.
- While the oven is heating up take a aluminum foil and put a fish on it, take salt and season it on the both sides. If you want to you can add parsley inside of the cuts that you made, if don't just season it with salt. Now take the olive oil and pour a little over the fish and smear with your finger, do this to the both sides.
- Close the fish inside the aluminum foil and put it into oven.
- It would take around 15 minutes for the fish to be done, after that you'll need to open the foil and leave it around 5-10 minutes more like that so the fish could become more crispy.
- After that add it to your plate and add tomato salad if you want to, or any other salad. You can make a potato salad which is included in this recipe.
Enjoy your meal!
