Ground Beef, Penne and Peas Soup
Ingredients:
- Ground beef (I've used around 200-250g for this recipe)
- Penne (two types, the whole wheat ones and the regular ones)
- Peas
- Onion
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Gourmet seasoning - Vegeta
- Parsley
- Ground ginger
- Black pepper
Preparation:
- Cut the onion and the garlic into small pieces.
- Take the pot and let it heat up for 3-5 minutes, then add olive oil and leave it for 1-2 minutes to heat up.
- Add onion, garlic and ground beef into it and start mixing it. Do this for 5 minutes.
- Now add the warm water into it, add peas, penne, gourmet seasoning, parsley, black pepper and ground ginger as well.
- Wait until the water starts to boil, turn the heat down to a medium, put the cover on and leave it for 30 minutes to cook.
