Ground Beef, Penne and Peas Soup

 

Ingredients:

  • Ground beef (I've used around 200-250g for this recipe)
  • Penne (two types, the whole wheat ones and the regular ones)
  • Peas
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Gourmet seasoning - Vegeta
  • Parsley
  • Ground ginger
  • Black pepper

 Preparation:

  • Cut the onion and the garlic into small pieces.
  • Take the pot and let it heat up for 3-5 minutes, then add olive oil and leave it for 1-2 minutes to heat up.
  • Add onion, garlic and ground beef into it and start mixing it. Do this for 5 minutes.
  • Now add the warm water into it, add peas, penne, gourmet seasoning, parsley, black pepper and ground ginger as well.
  • Wait until the water starts to boil, turn the heat down to a medium, put the cover on and leave it for 30 minutes to cook.
