Whole Wheat Bread - Simple and Healthy Recipe
I know that I've already posted one recipe of how to made whole wheat bread, but this one is even more simpler than the last one.
Ingredients:
- Whole wheat flour
- Salt
- Dry yeast
Preparation:
- Take around 400-500g of flour and put it in the bowl, add one spoon of salt and mix it all up.
- Add dry yeast and mix everything once again. You can mix everything with spoon or spatula, I use spoon.
- Now start adding lukewarm water into the bowl and starting mixing with spoon. Don't add to much water, add a little then mix it and add some more. You need to dough to be sticky, but not too watery.
- Now you need a pan in which you're going to bake your bread, and if you're making a bread in the winter and your room is not warm, you can heat the pan on the stove by putting it for 30-40 seconds on the stove. But before you start heating the pan put a baking paper in it, so the bread don't stick to the pan.
- Put the dough in the pan and cover it with pan cover, cloth, foil, it's personal choice and let the dough sit for 2 hours to raise.
- After 2 hours turn your oven to 220C (428F) and let it heat up for 10 minutes. Put the bread and bake it at that temperature for 15 minutes. Then turn the heat down to a 200C (392F) and leave it for another 15 minutes. After that just turn the oven off and let the bread sit in there for another 5 minutes.
