Potatoes, Capsicum, Egg and Chicken Breast
Everything on this plate can be prepared in one pan, you just need a bigger one.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- Capsicum
- Egg
- Potatoes
- Gourmet seasoning - Vegeta
- Salt
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Onion
Preparation:
- Start by pealing the potatoes and cutting them into small pieces. Put salt on the capsicum and leave on the side.
- Take chicken breast and make deep cuts on it, but don't cut it all the way through, you want it to stay in one piece. And put gourmet seasoning over it and put parsley into cut parts of the chicken.
- Put the pan on the stove and let it heat up for 4-5 minutes, then add olive oil and butter into the pan and let it heat up for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken breast in the pan, put the upper side which is one with cuts at the bottom, you need to fry that side first. Leave it like that for 3-5 minutes. Check it so you can see that is nicely fried.
- Turn the chicken on the other side and put the potatoes in the pan as well and add gourmet seasoning on the potatoes. Mix the potatoes occasionally so they don't stick to the bottom. You leave the potatoes for about 3-5 minutes as well.
- Now add a little water into the pan, bring the heat down to a medium, cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes. It's important to not add too much water, just a little, if the water evaporates after 5 minutes for example, just add a little more.
- After 10 minutes, bring the heat back up, you can move the potatoes and chicken to the side of the pan and add capsicum and egg into the pan. Put some gourmet seasoning over the egg.
- You can turn capsicum after 2 minutes on the other side, because it's done quickly.
- Now you can turn the stove off and just leave everything in the pan with the cover on. You can mix the potatoes a few times before you cover the pan. I left it like this for about 10 minutes.
This is it, serve it, cut onion with it and enjoy your meal!
