Omelette with Mushrooms and Spinach
Very simple, but very healthy recipe to make.
Ingredients:
- Eggs (I used 4 for this recipe)
- Mushrooms
- Spinach
- Onion
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Parsley
- Gourmet seasoning - Vegeta
Preparation:
I like to cut and prepare everything before I start making the meal. So I would cut mushrooms, onion, garlic, spinach before I even start making a meal. I would suggest you to do the same.
Mushrooms
- First you going to start with mushrooms, cut them into small pieces, do the same for the onion and the garlic.
- Put the pan on the stove and let it heat up for 3-5 minutes, after that add olive oil into the pan and let it heat up for 2 minutes.
- Put the onion and the garlic in the pan and mix it for 1 minute. After that add mushrooms in the pan and mix everything up.
- Put the cover one the pan and wait until mushrooms release the water.
- After the water is released from mushrooms add gourmet seasoning over it, mix everything one more time, put the cover on and let it cook.
- It takes usually 10-15 minutes for the mushrooms to be done.
- Take your spinach, wash it and the cut it into small pieces. Easy ways to cut spinach is to just take 5-10 leafs of it and cut it all in once.
- Put your eggs in the bowl and mix it. After that add spinach, parsley, black pepper and gourmet seasoning and mix it all up. Add only a little of gourmet seasoning because you already added into mushrooms, you just need a little so it doesn't become too salty.
- Wait until the mushrooms are done, and just pour the mixture with eggs and spinach into the pan.
- Make sure that you bring the heat down to a medium, you don't want it to burn.
- Leave it like that for 5 minutes, then turn the stove off completely and leave it for another 3-5 minutes to sit like that in the pan.
- You'll see on the upper side when the omelette is done.
