Mushrooms and Chicken Breasts Soup

 

Another simple and healthy recipe that doesn't take long to make.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts
  • Mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Gourmet seasoning - Vegeta
  • Black pepper
  • Parsley
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cream
  • Butter (optional)

 Preparation:

  • Cut the mushrooms with gills into small pieces, do the same for the chicken breasts, onion and garlic.
  • You can take a pot or a pan that is dipper to prepare this recipe, I've used deeper pan. If you like you can add little butter as well, but it's optional.
  • Put the pan on the stove and let it heat up for 3-4 minutes, than add olive oil and let it heat up for 1-2 minutes. 
  • Start adding onion, garlic and chicken breasts  into the pan and let if bake for 3-5 minutes. Mix it occasionally because you don't want anything to burn.
  • After that add mushrooms and mix everything up. Wait until the mushrooms release the water, it will take couple of minutes.
  • After the mushrooms has released the water add gourmet seasoning, black pepper and parsley into it.
  • Add warm water as well, water from the mushrooms will not be enough to make a soup.
  • Wait till water starts to boil, and then put the heat down to a medium, cover the pan and let it cook for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes add cream to it, you don't need to add too much of a cream, you just want the soup to be a little creamy. And wait till it starts to boil again, it will take 1-2 minutes, leave it for another 2-3 minutes and the soup is done.
