Eggs, Chicken Breast and Peas
Another quick and healthy recipe, easy to make.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- Eggs (I've used 3 for this recipe)
- Peas
- Gourmet seasoning - Vegeta
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Black pepper
- Tomato sauce
Preparation:
- First you need to cook a peas and let it sit on the side. Put the water in the pot and peas in and wait until it starts to boil, you don't need to boil it much, around 5-7 minutes will be enough. And leave it in the water to sit on the side.
- Take your chicken breast and cut it into slices and then add gourmet seasoning over it.
- Put the pan on the stove and let it heat up for 3-5 minutes. After that add olive oil into the pan and let it 2-3 minutes to heat.
- Start adding chicken breasts in the pan and put the cover on. Leave it around 3-5 minutes on the one side and then turn it on the other side.
- After you've turned the chicken on the other side, now you can add eggs in the same pan. Add eggs, and add gourmet seasoning, black pepper and parsley over the eggs. Put the cover on, turn the heat on the stove just a little bit and leave it for 5 minutes.
- While you're waiting, strain the peas and prepare it on the side, it's going in the pan.
- After 5 minutes take the chicken and the eggs on the plate from the pan and cover it so it doesn't get cold. Add a little olive oil in the pan and put the peas in it. Add gourmet seasoning and tomato sauce as well. Mix it for 3-4 minutes and then add the peas on the plate and you're done.
