Chicken Breast, Peas and Capsicum


Ingredients: 

  • Chicken breast
  • Capsicum
  • Peas
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Gourmet seasoning - Vegeta
  • Butter
  • Parsley
  • Black pepper

 Preparation:

  • Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, do the same for the onion, garlic and capsicum.
  • Put the pan on the stove and let the pan heat first for 4-5 minutes, then add butter and olive oil into the pan and let it heat up for 2 minutes.
  • Put the chicken, onion and garlic first into the pan and mix it occasionally for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes add capsicum and peas into the pan as well.
  • Now add Vegeta in the pan, parsley and black pepper.
  • Leave it for 2 minutes and then bring the heat down to a medium and cook if for another 8-10 minutes. Make sure that you mix everything every couple of minutes. Put the cover over the pan as well. 
  • If you like to make it a little juicy you can add a little water into, but not too much. I didn't add water in this recipe.
