Spinach Soup, Eggs and Salad

 Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Spinach
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cream
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Green salad
  • Tomatoes
  • Purple onion (this one I've used for salad, but you can use the regular one)
  • Gourmet seasoning Vegeta
  • Parsley (optional)
  • Ground ginger (optional)
  • Rosemary (optional)

 Preparation:

 Spinach Soup:

  • Take your spinach leafs and cut them so you only left with leafs, then wash them with warm or cold water and cut them into small pieces. Easy way to cut them is to just pile them one on another hold with your hands and vertically cut them into three pieces, then cut them horizontally into more tiny pieces. You will cut them all in very short time like this.
  • Then you take onion and garlic and cut them into small pieces as well. You can use the purple onion for this as well if you like to.
  • Put the pot on the stove and let it heat up for couple of minutes on high heat, then add the olive oil and let the oil heat up as well.
  • Prepare a bowl with warm water on the side. You can take the cold water as well, but with warm water it will start to boil quickly.
  • When the oil is hot just add the onion and garlic first, then mix it for few times. After that put the spinach into the pot and just mix it once with onion and garlic and put the water in. You don't want to let spinach sit longer because it can burn quickly.
  • After you've added water add gourmet seasoning, parsley, ground ginger and rosemary into the pot and wait until it starts to boil.
  • When the water starts to boil just turn the heat down to a medium and let it sit like that for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes just add cream to it and wait until it starts to boil again. You just need it to boil with cream for one minute, not longer and the soup is done. You can taste it to see if you need to add more seasoning because it's not salty enough.
Eggs:
  • Take eggs how many that you can eat.
  • Put your pan on the stove and let it heat up for several minutes, after that add olive oil into the pan and let it heat up as well.
  • Start adding eggs into the pan, add gourmet seasoning over it, add parsley and black pepper. You can also add rosemary and ground ginger, it will add to a flavor, but it's optional.
  • Put the cover over it and let it cook for 5-6 minutes. You'll see when the eggs are finished.

Salad:

  • Take your green salad leafs and cut the root out of leafs then wash them all with warm or cold water. You can cut the salad the same way I've told you to cut spinach, or you can chop it with your hands, it's up to. I've cut it for this purpose because it's for taking picture.
  • Cut the tomatoes and purple onion into small pieces and put everything in the same bowl. Add salt and olive oil into it and mix it all up with hands or a spatula. It's easier with hands.
  • Try it and see whether you need to add more salt and that's it.

Enjoy your meal!
