Eggs, Mushrooms and Capsicums With Salad

 

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms
  • Eggs (I've used three eggs for this recipe)
  • Capsicums
  • Gourmet seasoning - Vegeta
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil 
  • Butter
  • Onion (for this recipe both for the salad and the mushrooms I've used purple onion, but you can use the regular one)
  • Garlic
  • Green salad
  • Tomatoes

Preparation:

Mushrooms:

  • Wash and cut the mushrooms in small pieces with the gills one, don't remove them. Cut the onion and garlic into small pieces as well.
  • Put you pan on the stove and let it heat up for couple of minutes first, after it's heated add the olive oil into the pan and let it heat up as well. If you like you can also add little butter as well, I did added it, but it's optional.
  • Add onion and garlic into the pan and mix it for couple of times, after that add the mushrooms into the pan.
  • Mix everything up and put the cover on and wait for the mushrooms to release the water. This will happen in couple of minutes. When the mushrooms release the water put the heat down to a medium, add gourmet seasoning to it, on little spoon will be enough. 
  • Put the cover on and wait around 10-15 minutes for the mushrooms to be done. It usually takes around 15 minutes, but it depends how much mushrooms you're making. This is for one person.
  • After the mushrooms are done, just put them on side with the cover on and let it sit.
Eggs and Capsicums
  • While mushrooms was cooking, you should take capsicums and remove the top and cut little at the bottom and them wash them inside and outside. Put salt inside and the outside of them, you don't need to salt them too much.
  • Take your pan and put on the stove, put the heat back on high and let it heat up and after that add olive oil and butter in the pan.
  • When the oil is hot just add capsicums first in the pan.
  • Add eggs in the same pan and put gourmet seasoning and parsley over the eggs and put the cover on.
  • After 2-3 minutes turn the capsicums on the other side.
  • Leave it on high heat like this for 2-3 minutes more and then remove the pan on the side.
  • Let it sit like that for 5 minutes.

Salad:

  •  While you're waiting you can prepare salad. Take your green salad, tomatoes and onion and cut everything into small pieces.
  • Add them to plate and add olive oil and salt to it.
  • Mix everything with your hands or spatula and taste it. If it needs a little more salt add it.

Serve everything on the plate and enjoy your meal!
