Chicken Breasts and Potatoes Soup

This is very easy and quick recipe, and it tastes good and also it's healthy. Good for breakfast, lunch, dinner whenever you like it you can make it.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts 
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Gourmet seasoning - Vegeta
  • Olive oil
  • Ground ginger (optional)
  • Black pepper
  • Rosemary (optional)

Preparation:

  • Take you onion and garlic and cut them into small pieces, do the same for the chicken breasts and peel and cut the potatoes.
  • I make this in a bigger and deeper pan, put the pan on the high heat and let it heat up for 2-3 minutes. After that add olive oil in the pan and let it heat up for 2 minutes.
  • Put the onion, garlic and chicken breasts in the pan and just start to mix it occasionally, do this for 4-5 minutes. 
  • Then add the potatoes and let it sit for 2 minutes, after mix it few times for 1-2 minutes.
  • Start adding water, add warm water because water will start to boil quickly.
  • Add gourmet seasoning, one little spoon will be enough, you can always taste it afterward to see is it salty enough. Add parsley, ground ginger, rosemary and black pepper as well.
  • Put the cover on and wait until water starts to boil, when it does just put the heat down to a medium and leave like that for 20 minutes.
