Black Bread

 

This bread is made out of Whole Wheat Flour and it's much more healthier than the regular white flour, and the bread tastes great.

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Dry yeast
Preparation:
  •  Take your bowl and put 350-400g of flour in it. If you're making the bread for more people, you will need more.
  • Put one little spoon of salt in it and mix it all up.
  • Add dry yeast to it. You have those small packages that you can buy in groceries stores that are up to 500g of bread.
  • You need warm water for this, add water and start mixing it, you can use hands or spatula. I prefer to use spatula because it's easier.
  • Mix it and add water little by time, not put too much water. Mix it until the dough is sticky, but not too watery. Cover it like that and leave it for half an hour.
  • After 30 minutes you will see that the dough has started to raise. Take it out of the bowl, put some flour on the kitchen table, get the dough on it, put some flour over it and mix it with your hands for minute.
  • Take your casserole in which you're going to bake the bread and put baking paper in it. Put the dough in it and spread it with your hands. Cover it and leave it to sit for two hours.
  • After two hours you will see that the dough has raised, turn your over up to 220C (428F) and let it heat up for 10 minutes. Put the bread in the over and bake it for 15 minutes on this temperature, after 15 minutes turn the heat down to 200C (392F) and leave it for 15 more minutes.
  • When the bread it's done, just spray a little water over it and leave it to cool off. This is it, it's done.
