Omelette with Mushrooms

 

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms
  • Eggs
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Gourmet seasoning
  • Parsley

Preparation:

  • Take the mushrooms and cut them into pieces, cut them with gills, you don't remove the gills.
  • Garlic and onion cut into small pieces as well.
  • Take the pan and let it heat up for couple of minutes and after that add the olive oil and butter into the pan and let it heat up for couple of minutes.
  • After that add the mushrooms, onion and garlic, add gourmet seasoning on top and mix it couple of times. 
  • Wait until the water is out of the mushrooms and turn to heat down to a medium and let it cook for around 15 minutes, it depends of how much mushrooms you put in. If you prepared them already, you'll know when they are finished.
  • While the mushrooms are cooking, in the bowl put eggs how many you can eat, I took 4 eggs for this recipe. Add a little gourmet seasoning to it and add parsley and mix it all up.
  • When the mushrooms are done just pour the eggs over them and leave them on the medium heat.
  • Now, you have two ways how to make the omelette:
    • First way: you can put the cover on and leave it like that for 5 minutes and then turn the stove off and leave it like that for up to 5 minutes more. And you will have the omelette look mine on the picture.
    • Second way: you can turn the heat up, take a spatula and mix it until the omelette is done. There's no difference in taste because I've prepared them both ways, the first it's just more visually appealing than the second one. But with the second way you'll save up some time and you will not risk burning the food.
