Ground Beef with Macaroni Soup
Ingredients:
- Ground Beef (take how much you can eat, I used 200g for this meal)
- Macaroni (I used two types on this dish: the regular ones and the ones made out of whole wheat flour)
- Gourmet seasoning Vegeta
- Olive oil
- Tomato sauce (this is to give redness to a dish, but it is optional, if you don't like it you don't have to use it)
- Onion
- Garlic
- Parsley (optional)
- Ground ginger (optional)
Preparation:
- Take the onion and garlic and cut it into small pieces.
- If you're using fresh ground beef you don't have to do anything with it; but if you're used frozen one, when it unfreezes just squeeze the water out of it. I buy more and usually separate it into small portions and freeze it.
- Put your pot first on the stove and let it heat up, after couple of minutes add olive oil in and let if heat up as well.
- Put the onion, garlic and meat into the pot and just mix it for several minutes. You don't have to mix it all the time, but you want to make sure that the meat don't stick or burn.
- Now you can add water to it, add warm water if you want it to start boiling quickly.
- Add macaroni as well, now add gourmet seasoning, parsley, ground ginger and tomato sauce. If you need more water add it as well.
- Wait until the water starts to boil, put the heat down to a medium or slightly above.
- Put the cover and leave it to cook for 15 minutes, after that taste the food to see is it cocked enough, if you think it should be more, you can leave it for 5 more minutes, that would be enough.
Enjoy your meal!
