Turkey Thigh, Mushrooms and Potatoes with Green Salad
Ingredients:
- Turkey Thigh
- Mushrooms (I have here two types of them)
- Potatoes
- Green salad (optional)
- Gourmet seasoning
- Parsley
- Black pepper
- Mustard
- Olive oil (you'll need this one only for salad)
Preparation:
- This meal is baked in the oven.
- Put your oven to heat up on 220C (428F)
- Take your mushrooms and wash them first, peal of the potato if it's not young. For this one I've used young potatoes and it doesn't have to be peeled, just washed.
- Take a pan in which you're going to bake it, put everything in the pan (mushrooms, potatoes and turkey thigh) and then season everything with gourmet, pepper and parsley.
- Add a bit of a water, not much and put the aluminum foil over it.
- Put it in the oven and leave it around 40 minutes, check it after that if you need to add water. If needed add a bit of a water, but most likely you won't.
- After another 10 minutes, take the foil off and leave it for 5-10 minutes top uncovered and then take it out, the meal is finished.
- For salad, take the green salad and wash it, then cut it or chop it into small pieces. Put it in the bowl and a mustard, olive oil and gourmet seasoning, mix it all up and it's done.
