Seafood with Risotto and Green Salad
Ingredients:
- Seafood
- Rice
- Onion
- Garlic
- Green salad
- Gourmet seasoning
- Parsley (optional)
- Olive oil
- Mustard
- Salt
- Butter
Preparation:
- You probably will get the seafood frozen, leave it to unfreeze and at the same time put the rice into cold water and leave it to sit like that for several hours.
- When the seafood is unfrozen you'll need to dry it up, use paper towels.
- Take your green salad and wash it, cut it or chop it into small pieces. Add salt, mustard and olive oil and mix it all up, leave it on the side.
- Put water in the small pot and let it heat up, you don't need much water around 1,5 deciliter (5 oz.)
- Cut the onion and garlic and strain the rice from the water.
- Pu the pan to heat up first, after that add an olive oil and butter into the pan. When the oil is heated and butter melted put the rice, onion and garlic into the pan, add gourmet seasoning and mix it for around 4-5 minutes. Don't let the rice stay because it will burn, mix it all the time.
- Now pour the how water into the rice and put the heat down to a medium, put the cover over it and leave it to sit.
- After some time when you check the water will evaporate, you will add a little water, but this tome add cold water and let it boil. After 5-6 minutes check it and try the rice. If the rice is nicely cocked, remove it, if it's not just add a little more water and let it sit.
- The rice is finished, take it out from the pan and put it on the plate, cover it so it doesn't cool down.
- In the same pan, just add olive oil and let it heat up, bring the temperature to the high again. Add seafood in the pan and season it. Mix it occasionally from time to time, you don't have to do it constantly. 7-10 minutes are enough for it.
- Add the seafood over the rice, or on the side, depends on your choice, add a salad to it and you're done.
