Omelette with Chicken Breasts

 

Ingredients:

  • Eggs (I used 4 eggs for this meal)
  • Chicken breast
  • Onion
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley (optional)
  • Gourmet seasoning
  • Black pepper 
  • Salad (optional)
  • Butter

Preparation:

  •  Take your eggs and crack them into bowl, add gourmet seasoning, pepper and parsley in it. Mix it up and leave on the side.
  • Take your chicken breast and cut it into small pieces. Do the same with the onion.
  • Put your pan and let it heat up, after it's heated put the olive oil in.
  • After the oil is heated put the onion and chicken breasts into the pan and fry it, mix it from time to time to get them all baked.
  • You will know when the chicken it's done, put them on the side in the same pan and let it sit, or move them into some other dish, cover it so it doesn't get cold.
  • I was using another pan for omelette. Heated up the pan and put the oil and butter in it. Pout the eggs and put the heat on the stove between high and medium. Put the cover on it, so you don't have to flip it over, it would be evenly cocked.
  • After the omelette it's done, put on the plate, put the chicken over the omelette and add salad if you want to.
