Healthy Salad Recipe


 This is something I came up with and turn out to be great idea. 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts
  • Peas
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Onion
  • Cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Gourmet seasoning
  • Mustard
  • Cream and milk

Preparation:

  •  Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and put them into water, you will boil the chicken. You will add also peas as well and boil them together. This will take around 10-15 minutes to be done, use gourmet seasoning at the end of the boiling, 3-4 minutes before you're going to finish just add one little spoon of gourmet. 
  • After the chicken and peas are cocked, just strain them and leave them to cool down.
  • While the chicken and peas are cocking, take the milk, cream, mustard, parsley and olive oil and mix it all together. It shouldn't be thick, but soft and creamy, but not too milky as well.
  • Cut the tomato, cucumber, onion and cheese into one bowl. Add salt and olive to it and mix it all up.
  • When the peas and chicken are cooled add them to the bowl and mix it all up. After that just add the sauce you've made previously and mix it all as well.
  • This is it, you're done.
