Eggs with Turkey Ham and Green Salad
Ingredients:
- Eggs (I used 4 eggs for this meal)
- Turkey ham
- Green salad (or you can choose another, it's up to you)
- Gourmet seasoning
- Salt
- Parsley
- Mustard
- Olive Oil
- Black pepper
- Cream (optional)
Preparation:
- Take your green salad and wash it, after that you can either cut it or chop it into small pieces and put it into bowl. After you done that just add salt, mustard and olive oil and mix it all up. Try it to see if it is salty enough. Put the salad on the side.
- Take turkey ham and cut it into small pieces.
- Put the pan on the stove and let it heat up on the high heat, after couple of minutes add olive oil to the pan and the oil to heat.
- Now add eggs into the pan, season the eggs with gourmet seasoning, parsley and add the pieces of turkey ham over it. Put the cover on top and bring the heat just a little bit down. You will bake this eggs only on one side. This would take around 5-8 minutes to be done.
- I have to say that it depends how you like eggs to be baked. I personally like to yolk stay alive/half alive so I don't leave it more than 5-6 minutes.
- Now that the eggs are finished, put them on the plate, add cream on top and then put some pepper over it, add green salad and you're done.
