Eggs with Mushrooms


 Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Mushrooms
  • Tomato (optional)
  • Gourmet seasoning
  • Parsley
  • Ground ginger
  • Olive oil
  • Butter

Preparation:

  • Take mushrooms, wash them and cut them into small pieces, leave the gills one the mushrooms.
  • Put the pan on the stove and let it heat up, after the pan is heated add the butter, olive oil and let it heat. Add mushrooms to the pan and cover it, wait until the mushrooms release the water.
  • When the water is out add gourmet seasoning to it and bring the heat down to a medium, cover it and let it sit like that. It would take around 15 minutes for the mushrooms to be done.
  • When the mushrooms are done, you can use the same pan by taking the mushrooms out on the plate and covering it so it doesn't get cold, or you can use another pan.
  • If you're using the same pan just add some olive oil and wait for it to heat up, then add eggs to it, season the eggs with gourmet, parsley, ground ginger and pepper.
  • Cover it and leave it like that for 5 minutes. 
  • When the eggs are done just put them on the plate with mushrooms and add tomato or any other salad if you like to.
