Chicken Wings with Mushrooms


 Ingredients:

  •  Chicken wings
  • Mushrooms
  • Gourmet seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley (optional)
  • Cream and milk

Preparation:

  •  Take mushrooms and wash them, you will need to remove the gills because it would be easier to prepare them like that. Flip the mushrooms so you can season them inside of the back where the gills were and leave them on the side.
  • You will season the chicken wings as well and leave it on the side.
  • Take milk and cream and mix it together, you don't need much, just a little and leave it on the side.
  • Take a bigger pan and leave it to heat up, after it's heated add olive oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, put the chicken wings in the pan and put the mushrooms as well. But you need to put mushrooms the same way you were seasoning them. Back side needs to be up, so the mushrooms don't let the water out. Cover the pan.
  • After 5-6 minutes check out are the wings and mushrooms baked on the one side, turn the wings and mushrooms as well on the other side and leave it like that for 5-6 minutes.
  • When it's done, take everything on the plate from  the pan, add the milk and cream that you've mixed previously into the pan and just let it boil, it would take a minute. Take that sauce and pour it over mushrooms. You're done.
