Chicken Leg & Thigh with Potato Soup


 Ingredients:

  •  Chicken leg and thigh
  • Potatoes
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Gourmet seasoning
  • Parsley
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

  •  Take your potatoes and peel them of if they aren't young. If you have young potatoes, just wash them. Then cut them into small pieces. Cut the onion and garlic the same way.
  • Put your pot on the stove and let it heat up, add olive oil and after the oil is heated just add onion, garlic and chicken in the pot and mix it up for 4-5 minutes.
  • After that just add cold water to it, add potatoes, one little spoon of gourmet seasoning (you can always later add more if it's not salty), pepper and parsley to it. 
  • Wait until it starts to boil and then bring the temperature down to a medium.
  • Put the cover on and leave it like that for 25-30 minutes. Try the potatoes to see if they are cocked, they should be done by this time.
  • Serve it.
