Chicken Breasts with Potatoes
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts
- Potatoes
- Gourmet seasoning
- Olive oil
- Curcuma
- Ground ginger
- Black pepper
- Butter
- Salad (optional)
Preparation:
- Take your potatoes and peel them of, if they are young you don't need to peel them off, just wash them and then cut them into small pieces.
- Get the potatoes into the pot and leave them to boil.
- Take your chicken breasts and season them with gourmet, add pepper and then use curcuma and ground ginger and put them over the chicken with your hands.
- Don't overcook the potatoes, around 10 minutes will be enough. And after they are done just strain them and leave them in the pot.
- Take your pan and leave to heat up, after the pan is heated add the olive oil in the pan. Fry the chicken breasts in the pan.
- After the chicken is done, just move it on the plate and cover it so it doesn't get cold.
- In the same pan, just a piece of butter and let it melt. After that add a potatoes and season it with gourmet and add a little pepper.
- Use the spatula and mix the potatoes so they don't stick to the pan. This will take around 5-10 minutes for the potatoes to be done.
- Add potatoes to your plate and add salad if you want to.
