Chicken Breasts with Mushrooms

 

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breasts
  • Mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Gourmet seasoning
  • Black pepper
  • Parsley (optional)
  • Cream and milk
  • Onion
  • Garlic

Preparation:

  •  Take the mushrooms, wash them and then cut them into small pieces. Do the same for the onion and garlic.
  • Take the chicken breasts  and season them, leave on the side.
  • Take a cream and milk, put them into bowl and mix them up, leave on the side.
  • Take your pan and put it on the stove to heat up, after the pan is heated put the olive oil in and let it heat up.
  • After several minutes the oil is heated, put the onion, garlic for couple of minutes and mix it; then add mushrooms into the pan. Put the cover on and wait until mushrooms let go of the water. Add the seasoning, parsley and pepper after that and bring the heat down to a bit over a medium. It should take around 15-20 minutes to be done.
  • Take another pan and heat it up, after that put the olive oil in and wait for the oil to heat up. Put the chicken breasts in the pan and bake it until it's done. 
  • If the chicken is done before mushrooms, just cover the pan and leave on the side.
  • When the mushrooms are done, put them on the plate, put the chicken breasts as well.
  • Now if you have any oil left from the chicken pan, put it into pan where the mushrooms were, put the cream and milk that you prepared earlier into that pan as well and just wait for it to boil, it would take a minute or less.
  • Take that sauce and pour it over the mushrooms.
