Chicken Breasts with Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Parsley (optional)
- Ground ginger (optional)
- Gourmet seasoning - I use Vegeta
- Black pepper
- Cream (optional)
Preparation:
- Take the mushrooms and wash them first, after that you will cut them into small pieces. Don't remove the gills from the mushrooms, use them as well.
- Take your chicken breasts and cut them into small pieces.
- Cut your garlic and onion.
- Take your pan and let her heat at first for couple of minutes on high heat and after than you put an olive oil and a piece of butter in the pan, and let it heat up.
- After than put in onion, garlic and chicken breast into your pan and mix it for couple of minutes. You just need to get the chicken turn into white.
- Add mushrooms and put the cover over it. Leave it like that until mushrooms let go of the water, it would be after 4-5 minutes. Sometimes if the mushrooms are not all that fresh will not have much water in them, you can add water your self if that happens.
- Now you will add a little spoon of gourmet seasoning, don't add too much, you can taste it after and just add if it isn't salty enough. Add parsley, ground ginger and pepper.
- Put the heat on the medium and leave it to cook.
- It depends on how much you are making, but it will take somewhere around 15-20 minutes for this meal to be done.
- When the water evaporate the dish is done. Try it and add seasoning if you need to.
- Serve it on plate and cream on top if you want to, this is optional.
