Cauliflower with Egg


 Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower
  • Eggs
  • Tomato sauce
  • Flour
  • Gourmet seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • Butter

Preparation:

  •  Put the water in the pot and let it warm up, while you take cauliflower, separate it into pieces and wash it. After that add them to a water and let it boil around 10 minutes. You will know when it's cocked by checking is the root of it soft. If it's not soft, leave it for couple more minutes.
  • When the cauliflower is cocked, strain it and wash it with cold water immediately, you need to shock it and leave it like that.
  • While the cauliflower was cocking, you should prepare in one bowl flour, and in another two eggs and mixed it. 
  • Now you can proceed and first use gourmet seasoning to season the cauliflower, after that put it into flour and then into eggs, put them aside on the plate after you've done. If you have some eggs left at the end, just pour over them.
  • Take your pan and let it heat up on the stove, add olive oil and butter after the pan is heated, after couple of minutes just add your cauliflower and let it bake. You don't need to turn it around, leave it for 4-5 minutes on the one side and check how it looks like and then turn them on the other side.
  • When you turn them on the other side, you can add one or more eggs to the pan, just make the room, I added one egg. Season it, add parsley on it and let it cook.
  • Tomato sauce here I made from real tomato. But to tell you the truth it's not worth doing it, just take the regular tomato sauce and just heat it up a little before serving it on the food.
  • After the cauliflower and egg is done, just serve it, put the tomato sauce over it and eat it.
